ENTRY IS BY BOOKED SESSION ONLY (party or play), NON-REFUNDABLE PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ANY BOOKINGS AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXPENDITURE OR LOSS INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE CANCELLATION.

NON-ATTENDANCE DUE TO ILLNESS OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES IS NON-REFUNDABLE, WE MAY AT OUR DISCRETION RESCHEDULE BOOKINGS.​

ONLY FOOD AND DRINK PURCHASED FROM JANGALA MAY BE CONSUMED ON THE PREMISES (with the exception of baby food for weaning babies under 12months old). TO AVOID OFFENCE WHEN WE ASK YOU TO PUT IT AWAY PLEASE DO NOT BRING FOOD OR DRINK FROM HOME; NO HOME WATER BOTTLES ALLOWED.

RULES OF PLAY: Follow these rules for the benefit of everyone.

 

  •     Play nicely! Aggressive behaviour towards others (by adults or children) may result in termination of your play without refund.

  •     No foul language allowed – from adults or children! Remember other people may be offended by words which you find acceptable so please be considerate. Discrimination will not be tolerated.

  •     Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area.

  •     No food or drink allowed in the playframe. This include sweets, crisps, gum and chocolate.

  •     No shoes in the playframe, socks MUST be worn.

  •     Long-sleeved tops and full-length trousers recommended, to prevent friction burns nylon material is not suitable. To prevent accidents clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn.

  •     Jewellery should not be worn in the playframe, long hair should be tied back. Spectacles should only be worn if fitted with shatterproof lenses. No sharp objects to be taken into the play area.

  •     Do not play in front of the slide exits. It is forbidden to climb the netted walls or system structure.

  •     It is not permitted to consume food or drink which has not purchased from JANGALA.

  •     Smoking is not permitted anywhere on site, including by the exit. If you wish to smoke please return to your vehicle. Vaping is also not permitted.

  •     Children should be supervised at all times, especially when using the toilet facilities.

  •    A minimum of 1 accompanying responsible adult (18y+) is needed per 5 children.

  •     ïWe take every care to make our centre as safe as is reasonably possible but please remember your children's safety is your responsibility, and we cannot be held responsible for any injuries incurred.

  •     Please do not leave your belongings unattended as we cannot take responsibility for them.

  •     Children's height restriction applies; our play equipment is not suitable for children over 148cm tall or children over 10years old. Generally this means that children in school year 5 and younger may play. Adults may enter the playframe to supervise their child but please take care – you are bigger and therefore likely to fall harder! ADULTS USING THE PLAYFRAME DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK, PLEASE NOTE SOCKS MUST BE WORN IN THE PLAYFRAME.

  •     PRIVATE HIRE refers to private use of the play area - there may be other guests in other parts of the building.

  •     It is not permitted to photograph or film any children whom you are not directly supervising, without explicitly obtaining their carers permission.

  •     COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS:

On entry all customers are required to agree to mandatory remote temperature checks if asked to and to sanitise hands, customers who appear to be unwell will not be permitted entry. Please do not attend if you are unwell or experiencing any symptoms of coronavirus eg cough, high temperature, fatigue, runny nose, headache or loss of smell or taste. Please do not attend if you feel unwell in any other way too; help us to keep as many germs out of the building as possible.
