We want everyone, staff and visitors, to be safe and healthy and have lots of measures to help this.

CLEAN
DO NOT ALLOW YOUR CHILD TO TAKE FOOD OR DRINK INTO THE PLAYFRAME.
TOILETING ACCIDENTS SHOULD BE REPORTED TO STAFF IMMEDIATELY.

During COVID we increased ventilation by opening up some of our play area wall into reception and continue to leave the front door open where possible. (Customers who are susceptible to feeling cold may wish to bring an extra layer of clothing in case they feel a bit chilly.)

We have continued with a significantly reduced customer capacity to give everyone plenty of space and operate a booking system to keep numbers low. Our seating is sensibly spaced out: please continue to respect each other's personal space.

We support the wearing of face-coverings for those that wish to continue using them.
(The WHO recommends children under 5years old should not use face-coverings.)

As well as rigorous on-going cleaning we periodically deep-clean using advanced electrostatic disinfectant fogging equipment proven against coronavirus and other nasties such as norovirus.
We kindly ask customers to leave promptly at the end of their booked session to allow staff to clean.

There are hand sanitising facilities throughout the premises and we request customers keep their hands clean during their visit.

Please accompany your child to the lavatories to keep things clean and pleasant for all customers.

SAFE
CHILDREN REMAIN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIR PARENT OR GUARDIAN WHILST AT JANGALA, PLEASE ENSIRE YOU KNOW WHERE THEY ARE IN THE BUILDING AT ALL TIMES. The service door is alarmed and the main gate has a latch but we do not prove a child-care service.
Our play-frame is ROSPA inspected annually and we check it daily for damage.

You know your child's capabilities; if you feel an activity is too difficult or too dangerous for them do not let them do it. With such a wide age-range of children not all activities will be suitable for all children.

REMEMBER: SOCKS MUST BE WORN AND TROUSERS (NOT NYLON) ARE RECOMMENDED. Skirts are not recommended for play-frame activities.
The occasional bump is inevitable with children playing. We have first-aid trained staff: if you or your child need our assistance please ask.

Fun
Children love our massive multilevel play frame for its size and variety.
The football pitch/basketball court is always a hit with all age groups and multiple balls means no-one is left out.
For little ones the Toddler Hut is a pre-schoolers dream: a mini version of our big soft play: it caters perfectly for little legs with big ideas! It’s housed within the main frame so they feel grown-up but has a separate entrance to define their own special space.
Relaxing
Parents can sit and watch in comfort from our leather chairs and sofas. Enjoy a freshly ground coffee and relax while the children safely run off steam.
Got the munchies? Our popular cafe serves light meals, snacks and treats for all ages and include plant-based options. Our delicious cakes are definitely worth breaking the diet for!
Our youngest guests are very welcome too; there is no charge for babies under 12 months old when accompanying a paying child.
We do not have baby specific toys but crawlers will appreciate our soft blocks and caterpillar.
