Come & Play! Come and enjoy our fabulous jungle-themed soft play, where children can run, climb, explore and have loads of fun! Soft play is “exercise in disguise”. It’s a brilliant way for children to be active, build confidence, develop social skills and burn off some energy, all while having a fantastic time. IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING EVERYONE needs their own ticket - including children, toddlers, babies and adults. Adult tickets booked online at the same time as a child, toddler or baby ticket are FREE of charge. ***PLEASE REMEMBER TO ADD YOUR FREE ADULT TICKETS TO YOUR ONLINE ORDER.*** Adult tickets purchased on the door are chargeable. Adult ticket pricing applies to everyone aged 12 and over. However, customers aged 12–17 must still be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over. Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible carer at all times, with a minimum of 1 responsible adult per 5 children. OUR SOFT PLAY Our play equipment is suitable for toddlers to 10 year olds. The large jungle-themed play frame has slides, rope bridges, slopes to negotiate and plenty more to explore; perfect for burning off some energy! For younger children, we have soft building blocks, a construction area and a huge caterpillar to crawl through. Bring your friends or come and make new ones! Active play is a great way for children to have fun together, build confidence and develop their social skills. RELAX & REFUEL While the children play, our spacious seating area provides a comfortable place for grown-ups to relax. With leather sofas and tables set widely apart, you can enjoy a coffee or a bite to eat from our snack bar while keeping an eye on the fun. ***Please do not allow children to take food or drinks into the play frame.*** KEEPING THINGS CLEAN We take hygiene seriously and regularly clean and disinfect our facilities to help keep things clean and fresh. Please help us keep everyone healthy by washing your hands regularly and not attending if you or your child is unwell. SOCKS MUST BE WORN Socks must be worn in the play areas. Don't worry if you forget yours - socks are available to purchase at reception. Come along, get active, have fun and let the children burn off some energy! Cancellation Policy
Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Bookings cannot be rescheduled or changed. Please check your chosen date, time and session carefully before completing your booking, as mistakes cannot be amended afterwards. Adults may only attend when accompanying children aged 11 and under. Customers aged 12–17 require a responsible adult aged 18 or over to accompany them. Although customers aged 12–17 are charged at the adult ticket rate, they cannot act as the supervising adult. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions. In the very rare event that we have to cancel a session or party due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
