Additional adult entrance fee for soft play session A child entry fee includes 1 free adult entry per child, each additional adult will need to purchase this "extra adult" ticket. To aid social distancing measures currently only 1 additional adult ticket should be bought per child to reduce the numbers of customers in the building. PLEASE NOTE THAT UNFORTUNATELY OUR WEBSITE WILL NOT LET YOU ADD THE ADDITIONAL ADULT TICKET ON TO YOUR PLAY SESSION BASKET; YOU HAVE TO CHECKOUT SEPARATELY FOR EACH SERVICE TYPE AND TIME-SLOT BOOKED ie you have to pay for your child tickets (you can buy multiple for one time-slot) and then go back in and buy any additional adult tickets. (Sorry, we know it's a nuisance but sadly it's unfixable.) At all our sessions babies under 12m need to buy a ticket too if not with a paying sibling. eg if your group is 1 child, 1 baby and 1 adult then a single child ticket will cover the 3 of you, however you will need to buy an extra ticket (adult or child) if your group is 1 child, 1 baby and 2 adults. We have fantastic play equipment suitable for toddlers to 10s: the large play frame has slides, rope bridges, slopes to negotiate and more. For younger children we have soft building blocks and wall games and a huge caterpillar to crawl through. We disinfect regularly and have removed the playballs from the ball pool to help keep things clean. Leather sofas and tables in our spacious seating area are set widely apart and are a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a coffee or bite to eat from our snack-bar. Children to be supervised by parent / carer at all times : 1 accompanying responsible adult free per paying child, extra adults are chargeable and need a separate adult ticket. Babies under 1 are free when accompanying a paying child, if not with a paying child you will need to purchase a normal child ticket to allow entry for 1 baby plus 1 adult. COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS: On entry all customers are required to agree to mandatory remote temperature checks if asked to and to sanitise hands, customers who appear to be unwell will not be permitted entry. Please do not attend if you are unwell or experiencing any symptoms of coronavirus eg cough, high temperature, fatigue, runny nose, headache or loss of smell or taste. Please do not attend if you feel unwell in any other way too; help us to keep as many germs out of the building as possible.
Bookings are non-refundable unless we have to cancel a session or party due to COVID-19 restrictions in which case we will refund you via your original payment method. PLEASE NOTE BOOKINGS CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED . Customer contact details may used to fulfil NHS Test & Trace requests and therefore are non-transferrable.
